Yes, we offer worldwide shipping! Shipping charges and delivery times will vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Due to the nature of cosmetics, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrect. Please reach out to our support team within 48 hours of delivery for help.

Standard orders are delivered within 4–8 working days.

For customised palettes, please allow 8–10 working days for delivery.
